1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Loops Sports Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Platform Description
Loops Sports Hub is an online platform connecting pickleball venue owners with players, facilitating court reservations and venue discovery. We act as a marketplace and do not own or operate listed venues. All transactions for court bookings are between the customer and the venue owner.
3. Venue Owner Responsibilities
- You must be the authorized owner or representative of the venue you are listing.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date venue information including court availability, pricing, and operating hours.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
- You agree to confirm or reject bookings in a timely manner.
- Loops Sports Hub may suspend or remove accounts found in violation of these terms.
4. Listings and Accuracy
- All submitted information must be accurate, complete, and current.
- Misleading or false information may result in immediate removal without refund.
- Uploaded images must be your own or properly licensed for use.
5. Bookings and Payments
- Loops Sports Hub facilitates the booking process but is not a party to the payment transaction.
- Payments are made directly to the venue owner via their listed payment methods (GCash, Maya, etc.).
- Your venue's cancellation and refund policy is your own responsibility.
- Loops Sports Hub is not liable for payment disputes between venue owners and players.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Direct Payments for Court Fees
Players pay court booking fees directly to the venue owners through the payment methods specified in the venue listing (e.g., GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer). Loops Sports Hub does not collect, hold, or process gross booking payments on behalf of the venue owner. Furthermore, Loops Sports Hub is not responsible for verifying, guaranteeing, or facilitating refunds for direct payments made between venue owners and players outside of the platform.
6.2 Free Platform Access
Currently, creating a venue listing and utilizing Loops Sports Hub's booking management tools is provided to venue owners completely free of charge.
6.3 Future Platform Fees
To ensure the continuous improvement and maintenance of the platform, Loops Sports Hub reserves the right to transition from a free model to a paid model. This may include introducing system usage fees, transaction fees, top-up requirements, or other pricing structures in the future.
6.4 Notice of Fee Implementation
Loops Sports Hub will provide registered venue owners with a formal notice at least five (5) days prior to the implementation of any mandatory platform fees. This notice will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or through an official platform notification. Continued use of Loops Sports Hub after the five-day notice period constitutes your acceptance of the new payment terms. If you do not agree to the upcoming fees, you may suspend or terminate your listing before the charges take effect.
7. Platform Branding and Promotional Materials
7.1 Use of Digital and Physical Assets
To facilitate seamless bookings, Loops Sports Hub provides venue owners with promotional and operational assets, which may include digital QR codes, direct booking links, social media graphics, and physical display materials (such as acrylic standees or posters).
7.2 Prohibition on Altering Branding
All provided assets must be used and displayed in their original, unaltered form. Venue owners are strictly prohibited from:
- Cropping, obscuring, or removing the Loops Sports Hub logo or branding from digital QR codes and graphics.
- Modifying, covering, or dismantling physical Loops Sports Hub display materials provided to the venue.
7.3 Enforcement
Proper display of Loops Sports Hub branding is a condition of utilizing the platform's services. If a venue owner intentionally alters or hides Loops Sports Hub's branding, Loops Sports Hub reserves the right to issue a warning, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate the venue's listing on the platform.
7.4 Loops Sports Hub's Right to Promote
By creating a listing, the venue owner grants Loops Sports Hub a non-exclusive right to use the venue's public name, logo, and uploaded listing imagery across Loops Sports Hub's digital advertising, social media channels, and promotional campaigns to drive user traffic and platform growth.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the Loops Sports Hub platform are the property of Loops Sports Hub. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
Loops Sports Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or harmful activity, or negatively impact the platform's users or reputation. You may also request account deactivation at any time by contacting us.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
11. Limitation of Liability
Loops Sports Hub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loops Sports Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall Loops Sports Hub's total liability to you for any claims exceed the fees you paid to Loops Sports Hub in the 1 month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
